Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Orders
Customers may cancel their orders under the following conditions:
Standard Orders:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.
Custom-Made Orders:
- Due to the personalized nature of custom-made skincare products, these orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded as production begins immediately upon order confirmation.
2. Refund Process
If a cancellation is approved, the refund process will follow these steps:
Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the cancellation request has been confirmed.
Cancellation Charges:
- A fee of 2% of the order value or payment gateway charges (whichever is higher) will be deducted as cancellation charges.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. For EMI payments, refunds will be processed via NEFT to the customer’s bank account.
3. Return of Products
Products may be returned under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items:
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that have been altered, customized, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.
4. Refund for Returned Products
For eligible returns, refunds will be processed as follows:
Refund Timing:
- Refunds will be issued within 15 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refund Amount:
- The refund will include the purchase price minus any applicable shipping and handling fees from the original transaction.
Promotional Offers:
- Any promotional discounts or cashback applied to the original order will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. How to Initiate a Cancellation or Return
To cancel an order or request a return, customers can:

6. Final Decisions
All cancellation and refund requests are subject to O’RAIE s review and approval. We may require additional information or verifications before processing your request. If any part of your order is canceled or requires further clarification, we will contact you.
The decision made by O’RAIE S V regarding cancellations and refunds is final and binding.
